Warranty Coverage

5-Year Warranty applies to:
– Sofa frame structure (wooden or metal)
– Joint and base support integrity
1-Year Warranty on:
– Cushion foam and stitching (under normal use)
– Recliner/Mechanism parts (if applicable)
Warranty excludes:
– Fabric wear and tear, stains, or misuse
– Damage from improper shifting, accidents, or moisture exposure

Delivery Policy

Delivery is offered across India through verified logistic partners.
Local delivery within Bangalore is handled by Y19 team.
Delivery charges may apply based on pin code and order value.
For multi-floor delivery, the customer must inform in advance and arrange for lift or assistance.

Post-Delivery Support

Any damage during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
After-warranty service is available on request (makeovers, refitting, fabric replacement, etc.)

Exchange/Upgrade Offers

Y19 offers ‘Upgrade & Save’ options for returning customers.
Terms vary based on product type and condition.
